How to cook Quinoa?
Rinse Quinoa just the way you rinse rice.
Simply add 3 cups of water to 1 cup of NutriBucket Quinoa, bring it to boil over medium heat.
Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender and most of the water is absorbed.
Fluff with a fork.

It is delicious on its own with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil with some of your favorite spices.
Add NutriBucket Quinoa to salads, wraps, stir-fries, stews, curries and soups.
Add as a filler to Veggie burgers.
NutriBucket Quinoa also makes a great flour substitute. Simply pulse the seeds in a coffee grinder to make fluffy gluten-free flour.
